Snowy Winter Utah Portraits!

Winter is one of our most beautiful times of the year for a family portrait. The white snow makes the subjects stand out, the clothing colors are more vibrant and just jumps off the portrait. We love photographing in the snow. With winter being a big part of our weather in Utah it is something many of us like to display on our walls. We can usually find snow for family portraits well into May. We (Bruce & Tammy) have a winter portrait hanging in our sales room of the two of us and our dog Matisse. Here at Jolley Photography we love photographing children. Why? Because we love capturing those early moments in a childs life. Children grow so fast that without capturing those small, priceless moments what do we have? Here are a few special moments we captured.

This little lady is part of our "Baby's First Year". She first came in as a newborn baby and then as a package 3 month, 6 month (to come) 9 month and 12 month. Her parents will treasure these memories captured of her first year forever.

This time of year we are busy photographing families in our beautiful Utah surroundings. Here is beautiful family we photographed just last weekend.

If you look at our Wasatch Mountains you'll see that the colors have already started to change. We have set aside October 22 at one of our favorite places for photos in the fall colors. It is that time of year that we start to gear up for our fall sessions. We have already started booking Saturdays as far out as the middle of October. Fall is a great time for family portraits and does book up quickly.
